This article highlights the issues of formation of organizational and managerial competence of future teachers. This competence is interpreted as an important factor in improving the effectiveness of the educational process, team management, prompt decision-making in problem situations and organizing student activities. The article analyzes the concept of competence, its components, theoretical and practical methods of developing these qualities in future teachers.
