This research examines key aspects of the public safety system in the People’s Republic of China and identifies practices that could be beneficially adopted by Uzbekistan’s National Guard. China’s public safety strategy relies heavily on advanced technology, including artificial intelligence, facial recognition, and big data analytics, which enhance crime prevention and improve security efficiency. By studying China’s experiences, this paper explores practical applications that could strengthen Uzbekistan's public safety measures while ensuring respect for human rights.
