This study explores the public safety foundations and practices in China and Turkey. In China, public safety is achieved through a highly technological system, involving surveillance cameras, facial recognition, and big data analysis. Turkey, in contrast, prioritizes community involvement and cooperation with law enforcement, fostering a collaborative environment for maintaining security. The research assesses the advantages and limitations of both models, offering insights on how specific elements could be adapted to enhance public safety strategies in Uzbekistan while respecting social and cultural contexts.
