Abstract

Mazkur maqolada O‘zbekiston Respublikasida turizm sohasining rivojlanish jarayonlari hamda ushbu tarmoqda inson resurslarining iqtisodiy samaradorlik va bandlik ko‘rsatkichlariga ta’siri tahlil qilinadi. Turizm xizmatlar sohasi tarkibidagi yetakchi tarmoqlardan biri sifatida mamlakat yalpi ichki mahsulotining o‘sishi, aholi bandligi va daromadlarining oshishida muhim ahamiyat kasb etmoqda. Tadqiqotda Jahon Sayohat va Turizm Kengashi (WTTC), O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Milliy statistika qo‘mitasi hamda Turizm qo‘mitasi ma’lumotlari asosida 2016–2023-yillardagi asosiy tendensiyalar ko‘rib chiqilgan. Shuningdek, turizm korxonalarida xodimlar sonining o‘sish dinamikasi, Covid-19 pandemiyasining bandlikka ta’siri va o‘rtacha oylik ish haqi ko‘rsatkichlaridagi o‘zgarishlar yoritilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari turizm sohasida inson resurslarini rivojlantirish xizmatlar sifati va raqobatbardoshlikni oshirishda muhim omil ekanligini ko‘rsatadi.
