Abstract

Ushbu maqolada xususiy tibbiyot muassasalarida xizmatlar sifati va marketing strategiyalari o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqlik tahlil qilinadi. Maqola xususiy tibbiyot muassasalari marketing faoliyatida xizmat sifati indikatorlarini oshirish va bemorlarni jalb qilishda samarali strategiyalarni ishlab chiqish masalalariga qaratilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatdiki, xizmatlar sifati marketing strategiyalarining samaradorligini belgilovchi asosiy omil bo‘lib, ikki omil o‘rtasida ijobiy va mustahkam bog‘liqlik mavjud.
