Tezisda to‘qimachilik korxonalarida suv izini kamaytirishga yo‘naltirilgan texnologik chora-tadbirlar va yashil marketing faoliyati samaradorligini alohida-alohida emas, balki yagona tizimda baholash zarurati asoslangan. Resurs-iqtisodiy, bozor-marketing va ekologik-regulyativ bloklardan iborat ko‘rsatkichlar tizimi, ular asosida hisoblanadigan kompleks ekologik-iqtisodiy samaradorlik integral indeksi (KEISI), samaradorlik darajalari shkalasi va to‘rt bosqichli baholash algoritmi taklif etilgan.
