Abstract

Shaharsozlik va qurilish sohasida BIM normativ hujjatlarini qoʻllash dunyo amaliyotida keng qo‘llanilib kelinmoqda. Shu bilan birga bu  tajriba asosan rivojlangan davlatlar xissasiga to‘g‘ri keladi. Mazkur tadqiqotda BIM standartlari, yo‘riqnomalar va shablonlarni aniqlash, ularning o‘zaro bog‘liqligini solishtirish hamda BIM hujjatlari bo‘yicha mavjud bo‘shliqlarni yoritish asosiy masala hisoblanadi.

Yuqoridagi maqsadga erishish uchun asosiy tadqiqot usuli sifatida “desk-based research” qabul qilindi. Hujjatlarni ko‘rib chiqish va baholashning tizimli tartibini ta’minlash uchun hujjatlar amaliy tahlillarga tayanadi. Bunda butun dunyoda BIM standartlari, yo‘riqnomalar va shablonlar ishlab chiqish bo‘yicha olib borilgan tadqiqotlar asosiy manba bo‘lib xizmat qildi.

Mazkur tadqiqot Ganah va Lea tadqiqotlari asosida yuzaga kelgan geografik bo‘shliqlarni qisman to‘ldiradi. Natijada mavjud 13 ta mamlakatning BIM standartlari, qo‘llanmalari va shablonlari qatoriga yana 3 ta davlat tajribalari qo‘shiladi. Ko‘rib chiqiladigan davlatlar tajribalarida BIMni sanoatga joriy etishda “yuqoridan pastga” yondashuvi ustuvor hisoblanadi.

Erishiladigan natijalar BIM normativ hujjatlarini qoʻllash bo‘yicha butun dunyo tajribalarining qiyosiy jadvali shakllantirildi. Mazkur manba kelajakda sohani hukumatlar darajasida rivojlantirish uchun amaliy tomondan qo‘llashda muhim manba bo‘lishi mumkin.
