Abstract

Yurak-qon tomir kasalliklari bugungi kunda global salomatlik muammolaridan biri bo‘lib, xolesterin darajasining yuqori bo‘lishi ushbu kasalliklarning asosiy xavf omillaridan hisoblanadi. Ushbu maqolada xolesterinni kamaytirishda foydalaniladigan saponinlarning kimyoviy xossalari, farmakologik ta’siri va klinik ahamiyati o‘rganiladi. Saponinlarning yurak sog‘ligiga ta’siri, ularning qon lipidlari tarkibiga ta’sir qilish mexanizmlari va tabiiy manbalari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda saponinlarning xolesterin darajasini pasaytirishdagi samaradorligi, xavfsizligi va potentsial yon ta’sirlari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Keltirilgan ma’lumot yurak kasalliklarini davolash va oldini olishda saponinlar ilmiy asoslangan va qo‘llanilishi haqida xulosa chiqarishga xizmat qiladi.
