Maqolada masofaviy va gibrid mehnat sharoitida raqamli HR-platformalar hamda zamonaviy liderlik usullarining xodimlar mehnat unumdorligiga ta’siri tahlil qilingan. Raqamli HRM (e-HRM) tizimlarining funksiyalari, masofaviy jamoalarni boshqarishda transformatsion va elektron liderlik (e-liderlik) modellarining o‘rni hamda mehnat unumdorligini oshirishning asosiy omillari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Tadqiqot natijasida raqamli HR-platformalar va zamonaviy liderlik uslublarining o‘zaro uyg’unlashuvi mehnat unumdorligini barqaror oshirishning kompleks omili ekanligi asoslangan hamda tashkilotlar uchun amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
