Ushbu tezisda biz PbTe–VTe₂, PbTe–V₃Te₄ va PbTe–V₄₆₄Te₄ kesimlarining kvazibinarligini tekshirish uchun ushbu uch komponentli Pb–V–Te sistemasida chegaraviy fazalarning ekvimolyar aralashmalari tayyorlanib, 1273–1323 K da eritildi, so‘ngra taxminan 873 K da 2 hafta davomida pishitilib, keyin sovuq suvda (yoki muzli vannada) sovitildi. Pb–VTe₂, Pb–V₃Te₄ va Pb–V₄₆₄Te₄ kesimlarining kvazibinarligini aniqlash uchun ham xuddi shunday ekvimolyar aralashmalar tayyorlanib, 1273–1323 K da eritildi va keyin taxminan 1143 K da 2 hafta davomida pishitilib, sovitildi. Olingan qotishmalarning rentgen faza tahlili (RFA) natijalari organildi.
