Trade unions and social work are important components of the social protection system in modern society. Their activities are aimed at protecting the rights and interests of employees, supporting socially vulnerable groups, improving working conditions, and promoting social justice. The interaction between trade unions and social work creates opportunities for identifying social problems among employees and providing appropriate support. This paper examines the role of trade unions in social work, the importance of social partnership, and the prospects for improving social protection mechanisms. Particular attention is paid to employee welfare, labor rights, social support, conflict prevention, and the introduction of modern approaches into social services. Strengthening cooperation between trade unions, social workers, employers, and public institutions can contribute to improving the quality of social services and ensuring social stability.
