Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston turizm bozorida smart turizmni rivojlantirishning iqtisodiy va tashkiliy xususiyatlari tadqiq etiladi. Smart turizm raqamli texnologiyalar, mobil ilovalar, elektron bronlash tizimlari, raqamli gidlar, interaktiv xaritalar, sun’iy intellekt va katta ma’lumotlar asosida turistik xizmatlarni takomillashtirishga qaratilgan innovatsion yo‘nalish sifatida qaraladi. Maqolada O‘zbekistonda turizm xizmatlari bozorining kengayishi, xorijiy va mahalliy turistlar oqimining ortishi, turistik infratuzilmani raqamlashtirish hamda yagona raqamli platformalarni joriy etish zarurati tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, smart turizmning iqtisodiy samaradorlikni oshirish, xizmatlar sifatini yaxshilash, turistik hududlar raqobatbardoshligini kuchaytirish va boshqaruv jarayonlarini optimallashtirishdagi ahamiyati yoritiladi.
